1. What Is PlanMate?

PlanMate is a social activity platform built around things people can do together. A coffee, a weekend hike, a game, or a shared meal can be the starting point for meeting people who enjoy the same things. Our focus is helping online discovery turn into real-world plans and community.

2. From Shared Interests to Plans

• Discover activities by interest and location.
• Create a plan and share its time, meeting place, and activity details.
• Join plans that suit your interests and coordinate with fellow participants.
• Meet in person and build connections through shared experiences.

3. An Adult Community & Safety

PlanMate is for adults aged 18 and older. Respectful conduct, clear communication, and consideration for other participants are part of every plan. Our Community Guidelines set expectations for using the platform, and our Safety Center offers guidance for meeting in person and reporting concerns.

We support reporting and moderation to help address harmful conduct. Real-world activities still require personal judgment: review the plan details, meet in an appropriate public place, and consider your own comfort and safety before joining.

4. Paid Activities & Our Role

PlanMate provides technology and platform services that help hosts and participants discover, organize, and coordinate activities. Hosts describe and arrange their activities; using the platform does not mean PlanMate organizes every listed activity.

Paid activities may be offered through the platform where enabled. Prices depend on the activity; review the displayed price, what is included, and the applicable booking and cancellation terms before paying. Participants may need to pay before joining a paid activity, with payments handled through supported third-party payment providers.

Our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy explain paid bookings and eligible refunds. PlanMate provides digital platform and activity-booking services. Physical product shipping is not currently applicable.
